Basically, if you have issues, they may offer to give you a free breakfast voucher for your troubles. They told us, to our faces, that they do not treat guests who book their rooms through 3rd party companies the same as guests who book with them directly. Discriminatory is hardly even horrible enough of a description of the regard the front desk and management have for their guests. But the next day we enquired about checking out early because of the many issues we had encountered already with this place and he informed us we would only be refunded 1 night of our stay.
